My husband and I had Edmiston's Construction, LLC build our second home in Saxton, PA. We found a great piece of property and were introduced to Jerry who is wonderful. We decided to have them build our home and the experience from the first moment that we meet Jerry until the completion was great. Since we do not live in the area, we were concerned with how that would work. Zach and Jerry both communicated with every step of the way and we never had any issues. They are very professional and also add the personal touch to their projects. The company makes you feel like at the time of construction that you are the only customer they have. After having the house completed for a year, they returned free of charge to fix any small issues in a timely manner and again the communication was fantastic. After having another contractor build my home years earlier, I had Edmiston's add a large, brick two-car garage and screened-in breezeway. I was very happy with the end result. I always had water problems in my basement since the home was built. When I decided to finish the basement, I had Edmiston's take a look at the problem. They cut out concrete, installed piping and re-poured the concrete after springs were discovered under the home. They also installed a proper French drain around the outside of the foundation since the original contractor did not. I have not had a water issue since.
